@Camelia Restaurant inside the Mandarin Oriental in Paris. It’s hard to eat with a vegetarian in Paris, but wouldn’t you know that one of the best dishes from the last trip was this beautiful vegetarian Butternut Squash macaroni au gratin with cream Tartuffon (white truffle cream). This place ain’t cheap, but a great splurge dinner.
@Home: Home made bacon/onion bread. The bacon keeps the bread moist and delicious. These freeze well, so why not make a batch? We recommend fresh yeast if you can find it.
